You know, I get a lot of people asking me, you know, and they say, "Hey, do you guys,
does Diane actually do her responses to us on her comments?"
And I'm telling them, I'm saying, "Yeah, she, you do all of them."

They don't seem to understand that you actually do each one and answer each one of them.
I sure do.
I try to.
You don't hire anybody to do it.

It's personal for me.

I like to be personal and I get to feel like I'm part of them and they're part of me this
way and they always like to hear from me.
And I see that how many comments we have and I know you're up here a lot doing this and
I was just curious.
So what does something say to you?
Well, for instance, I'm looking at them right now and doing my homework.

I do get some that I don't like but, because they're like really bad.
