This video focuses mostly on the render settings that are optimal for what we are going to be doing with our small RenPy novel. We are using two different engines for this project. Daz, which is strictly a rendering engine used almost religiously for RenPy novels. And, Blender, which is an "everything" engine that can be used for almost everything. Both are shown with their pros and cons.

DarkShepard here. I was trying to go about or trying to figure out how to, I wanted to actually
script this video. So we're gonna start with kind of like settings. We're gonna start with settings
here. So in Blender when we're actually capturing, the topic of this video is capturing renders.
So we're gonna use both GAS and Blender to kind of show the differences between the two and how
if we want to use one over the other. Is workflow going to be easier in one or the other? I can tell
that unless you have a pose library in Blender, it's going to be easy to use DAS for a lot of
this stuff. But for certain other aspects it might be easier to use Blender. You may want to actually
build up a pose library in Blender and you can make one. There's some really interesting videos
on YouTube on how to do it. I just actually watched one earlier. I'm going to build my own
pose library for this or export models from DAS that are already posed into Blender and then build
it that way. But I'm gonna start with the settings. So when we're rendering, I'll just look
at this. This is rendered mode. Now this is using a point light which is a little bit bright. It
depends on what kind of mood we're trying to set. If this is more like dark, we could actually go
