Hey everyone, welcome to my channel.
So today we will be working on those glutes,
those thighs, the thighs, the glutes.
We will be working on, out hard on those.
And we will be doing squats.
Everybody loves squats, right?
So we will be doing probably two to three type
of different squats.
And we will be doing that together.
And men, guys, why aren't you working out those glutes?
I mean, you're always flexing those arm muscles,
flexing the abs, but you know, women love a nice hard muscle.
So we will be working out on that together.

Let's start immediately with some classic squats, okay?
So first we are going to put our legs shoulder
width apart, hip width apart.
And we're simply gonna go down.

with your back while squatting.

Don't bend, don't curve, you have to stay straight.
So we will be squatting right now.
