It's cute. It's a summer cottage.
It's supposed to be small.
Small and cozy.
Well, I hope there are things to do around here,
'cause I don't want to be stuck in this little place all summer.
Oh, there are tons of things to do around here, honey.

And there's all kinds of hiking trails.
I just don't see why we couldn't go somewhere fun like Vegas.
Because, honey, I wanted us to have some mother-daughter time,
not running around in some smoke-filled casinos.
It's good to get back to nature.
We never do that.
And you're off to college next year,
and this will be your last chance to have a family vacation.
Well, I guess that's true.

Your father's still around, honey.
He's just traveling Europe with a girl young enough to be his daughter.
He's doing his thing. We're gonna do ours.
