with all the talking I do about fitness, I thought maybe y'all would like a quick upper body workout in a bikini! I do some tricep, back, shoulder, and bicep exercises and get a little pump going. I'm breathing pretty heavy by the end! I'm hoping to do a little cut soon so next time I do one of these I've got a little more muscle definition. :)
